It's a Question testing on Subject Verb Agreement.
First thing that one should notice is the use of " That " and " Those ". That is used to signify Singular objects and Those is used for Plural Objects
Here the subject is Texture which is singular and hence would need a singular verb i.e That . Hence option B is correct
