The question asks for:
{Advanced and at least 6 weeks}
(1) 45 certificates were marked Advanced and were for courses lasting fewer than 6 weeks. These certificates represented 3/4 of all Advanced certificates.
This gives {Advanced and fewer than 6 weeks} = 45.
So:
{Advanced} = {Advanced and fewer than 6 weeks}/(3/4) = 45/(3/4) = 60
Therefore:
{Advanced and at least 6 weeks} = {Advanced} - {Advanced and fewer than 6 weeks}
{Advanced and at least 6 weeks} = 60 - 45 = 15
Sufficient.
