Since the circle is inscribed in the square with the length of a side 1, then the radius of the circle is 1/2.

The circumference $$= 2\pi r = 2\pi *\frac{1}{2} = \pi$$.

Also, given that the circumference $$q\pi$$, thus $$q\pi=\pi$$ --> q = 1.
