If the farmers received drought relief why should they buy equipment?
And also only eligible farmers...who knows what their number is?

So E is ruled out.


B stands out because the manufacturer has money saved by not paying. Atleast it is relevant right??

B should be it (net income = total revenue - total costs, as total revenue could have been the same, but the total costs were considerable reduced, the net income should have increased)
