Ratio of wine to water in each vessel after 1st swap-
V1 wine:water- 9:3 -> 3:1 (wine 12L-3L = 9L; water 0L+3L=3L)
V2 wine:water- 3:1 (wine 0L+3L = 3L; water 4L-3L=1L)
as both vessel has same ratio of wine per liter, second swap won't impact this ratio.
Hence ratio of wine to water in each vessel after 2nd round will be 3:1.
Correct answer is C.

Vessel 1 : Ratio of wine to water = 9:3 = 3:1
Vessel 2: Ratio of wine to water = 3:1
The ratio remains unaffected since it is same for both vessels in second operation.
