I checked the following options at Amazon.com. One is that you can buy the 2003 edition new at $29.95. But under "Used and New" I saw the following comments.
Please take a look:
Comments: Brand New. 10th Edition (latest). In stock-ships same day (M-F). New March 2005 FIXED books. Previous books were missing 9 pages. Free CAT software. EXCLUSIVE BONUS: Free GMAT essay grading online.
Comments: Brand new 10th edition-LATEST. In stock. These are New March 2005 FIXED books. Ships daily with tracking number. **Free POWERPREP CD can be obtained from the website stated in the back of the book.
I am wondering whether there is a new March 2005 issue out or what about this missing 9 pages.
Anyone knows if there is a new edition coming out from ETS or not? I can wait for it then.

I highly doubt that ETS will come up with a new edition as this is the last year for ETS to conduct the GMAT, so no point in publishing a new one for just 9 months. Not sure abt 9 missing pages, I have just started OG (10th edition), but havn't found any missing pages yet.
