hello, I’m the user to gmatclub for about a year, I just run into some tricky problems in which the old password I set when first entering doesn’t seem to work, I wrote this password in my notebook and remember it, the problem is that everytime I log out my account and then use my old password to log in again, the password blank just show up “incorrect password” so I have no choice but to click the “forget password” at right side, I can use the given password in my mail to recover and reactivate my account, but that can’t be work when turning to my account to change password to which the message always says my old password is not correct, the biggest question here is that how should I know my correct password when first entering gmatclub because this really trouble me re-logging into club everytime(I had to process through password recovery in order for me to access to my account, or else all the valuable record in my account will missing), I’ve already asked for help in technical inquiry, are there anyone have some advices to help me out, really appreciate

thank you a lot, also I've already solved the problem about the empty webpage, i google on the site to find some self-help way to this problem in changing my browser to firefox&brave that finally I could use the forum board functionally, I just doubt that maybe the nonfunction browser get hit by virus, but about the password logging I'll wait your response
