Tepper: Changed my scholarship to a full ride (Dean's Scholarship)
Duke: $30k/year scholarship
Univ. Washington (Foster): $10k scholarship

I also had the same question as kryzak and branson. jc, could you share your experience of scholarship negotiation. I'm having 40K Forte scholarship in CU Johnson, but it's less than one third of the total cost (133K). It would be impossible for me to embark if I couldn't get more FA.

By the way, kryzak, kindly add me to the list: CU Johnson School: R2, admitted with 40k Forte scholarship for two years.

I just got my rejection from Wharton for Round 2.
I would have thought that the decision would take longer.
So what I want to know is if my application was unusualy weak due to the early rejection? Basically, does the time it takes them to accept/reject you matter? Does a quicker response allude to anything?

My assumption is that my application was very weak, since it is Feb 21st and their decision deadline is March 27th.

Wharton is one of the schools that has a deadline all interviews are given out by. If you dont get an interview by that date you get dinged.

Accepted into HKUST! - Now i have a dilemma of first choice backup, NUS or HKUST. Based on rankings HKUST is 17th in FT and 20th in the Economist.

So accepted into all of my `backups`

Just the main schools left to go.

And majosan- River is correct. Wharton extends interview invites (typically 35-45% of applicants are interviewed) until a point roughly midway through the application cycle. Once that point is reached (today), those applicants not invited to interview are sent denials. If you like, you can check out the Wharton thread here or the official Wharton s2s board for more info.
