I am taking it pass/fail but I am having serious problems with the teacher and so is the rest of the class. There is a chance I could pass but I doubt it.


I can retake it in the spring and, with another teacher, I know I will pass.

I dont think a D is a big issue. I have a D in my undergrad transcript and that did not pose any problems with the school I applied to.. Maybe a good explanation of why you performed poorly will suffice..

As Avi said a D shouldn't kill your app. If the class isn't required and you still have time take the W and retake the class in Spring.
