I purchased the official exam packs 1 and 2 on Sunday this week and tried accessing them yesterday. The GMATPrep window just wouldn't load. I tried clearing my cookies and cache, switched to IE, and even tried to log in from a different computer to eliminate possibilities of it being a result of an issue at my end. I gave up and finally wrote to customer care but haven't heard back yet.
I kept checking throughout the day yesterday and was eventually able to access the platform around midnight last night. It was too late for me to attempt a full-length mock by then though. I'm trying to access the platform again now and seem to be facing the same issue. After I click on the 'Access' buttons against the Exam Packs listed in the 'My Product Purchases' section, the whole thing just stalls and the next page never loads. This is turning out to be a humongous waste of my time. Is anyone else facing a similar issue? If so, it there a hack for it? Help!

Thanks for letting us know. I am new into my prep. I am yet to buy EP 1 & 2 but definitely planning to as official questions are like gold!! Do post the solution if you find one. I may also face similar problem in future.

Yeah I'm having the same problem too. I've just purchased exam packs 1&2 as well and my exam is so near. GMAC really needs to up its tech game.
