According to NASA officials, the decision concerning tomorrow's scheduled launch of the space shuttle will depend primarily on if the thunderstorms currently moving up the Florida coast continue north or instead drift out to sea.

A. on if (Whether---or is the correct idiom)
B. as to whether (Depend+ on is the correct verb)
C. from whether (Same as B)
D. on whether (Correct)
E. on the question if (Same as A)
