Tough one!

F1: According to new data from Labor deptt. , more than .8 million workers filed new claims for unemployment insurance last week.
F2: The above data was slight increase from the previous week
F3: Unemployment rate has been fallen to 8.4% in last data release
C: The level of Layoffs posits a challenge to many workers as they are not able to recover from the layoff and subsequently ask for unemployment insurance.

QS: Weaken

(A) There is no co-relation of layoff with unemployment rate released by Labor Department.
--Ok even if the unemployment rate and layoffs are not related, we don't know if the employees will be able to recover from the layoffs.

(B) Some worker are not interested in accepting new job after unemployment in hope of government aid.
--OK, some workers don't accept new offers because they think that they will get govt aid. This is not linked to our conclusion. Do we know that employees will be able to recover from layoff? No

(C) Labor Department reviews each data related to unemployment on daily basis.
-- So? out of context.

(D)Those who have lost job are getting new jobs easily within two months of unemployment.
--so basically, if someone got fired he/she is getting job easily in 2 months. This clearly means the unemployed people are able to recover quickly, even after the layoffs. Perfect!

(E) Government rules strictly restrict to pass claims for state unemployment insurance of labors who got job within 6 month of time after unemployment.
--A nuance of govt rule is given. Not helping us in determining if layoffs are the positing any challenge to the labors or are labors effectively come out of layoffs?
