B is the best answer. It properly compares 'wild animals' with 'livestock'
Got confused b/w B and C...although B is better...doesn't it need a 'do' after than:
wild animals have less fat than (do) livestock fed on grain...any thoughts??

You are right. But, i have seen that, in many cases, do or does is omitted for brevity. If there is an answer choice that uses do, i would choose that one, provided everything else is correct. bottomline, this can be omitted in some cases.
