According to the latest Nature Institutes study, drinking kombucha tea may markedly slow the aging process and also aid to those struggling with body weight management.

"aid to those" is not correct because aid is a verb here. "GMAT Club can be an aid to those wanting to take the GMAT." is right because aid is a noun in that sentence.

"aid for those" is not correct because again, aid is a verb here, similar to A.

The intent of the sent : Drinking tea has 2 benefits --------
1. May slow the ageing process
2. May HELP ( replacing AID for easier understanding ) Individuals suffering from body weight
Vertical scan reveals only C fits the bill
C : Drinking tea may.....SLOW the ageing process...........AND.........HELP those suffering from body weight ( Parallelism Intact )
Leading to C, my take.
1. May slow the ageing process
2. May HELP ( replacing AID for easier understanding ) Individuals suffering from body weight
