Like is fine as we are shoing similarities between nouns Accountants,lawyers and physicians.
Accountants, like lawyers and physicians, regard the overt pursuit of new business as inappropriate professional behavior.
Accounts regard is the key, a verb shows that we need "as"...

Here we have verb plays.. Do we need to use "As" here????? I don't think so... Correct me If I am wrong.

I don't think the comparison is correct. You are comparing nouns Suresh and Prasanna and thus you need "like" . I don't think the sentence is proper construction

Main flaw in (A) is missing verb "do"....Here actualy interpretation is accountants types are given as lawyers and physicians. But in (B) we are comparing what accountants and (lawyers)physicians do ... hence as do is used in (B) and makes it crrect with parallelism
