Accuracy during practice (75-80%), GMAT Prep -620

Question

I am facing a major problem. I have been preparing for GMAT for the past 1 and half months. My verbal skills are weak, so i started with the verbal section.
I am able to grasp the concepts well and do well as i practice- my accuracy is around 80% in all question types(RC,SC,CR)-. However, When i give the gmat prep tests, i seem to somehow get a lot of questions wrong.

I am not sure whether it is because i need to solve the questions on screen or whether i lack a proper approach to solve these questions.
I feel that i am not able to apply the things that i have learned under pressure on the GMAT.

Please give me some inputs.

What test prep program are you using to learn the concepts? Do you feel as though you are internalizing the lessons you review? It sounds as though you may be learning specific concepts, but when it comes time to apply them, you encounter difficulty. What is your study program like now? Knowing the answers will help you find the best program and study strategy for you.

Hello,
Started preparing for GMAT a month ago.I hav started solvin OG 13 from last 7days and nearly completed half of it with around 83% accuracy...I dont know whether this is good or bad....Plz help me in this regard

shankar35619 - Except for those scoring in the high 700s, everyone gets a lot of problems wrong on CATs. The important thing is to missing challenging problems and scoring high. Are you using timing pressures for your practice? That is crucial for constantly building your ability to perform well on problems in a realistic way. It sounds like you may also just need more practice on the strategies you have learned. The OG problems are not very tough, so reaching 90-95% accuracy would ensure higher CAT scores.

avantiradke - OG 13 @ 83% accuracy is solid if you are using appropriate timing for the problem type. But completing half of the OG 13 in 7 days is a poor way to study.
