OG questions are a little on the easy side, even the hard ones.
So, while I'm sure you can ace the Verbal section with enough practice, getting 80 percent of OG questions correct may not be sufficient for achieving your target score.
Now, e-GMAT questions may be a little on the hard side. So, it may not be a big deal that you're not achieving high accuracy on them.
At the same time, if you're shooting for a high target score, your missing e-GMAT questions may indicate that you have a little more work to do to achieve your goal.
In the cases of my students who are looking to score relatively high, I recommend Verbal practice question accuracies along the lines of close to 100% of easy, over 90% of medium, and at least around 80% of hard Verbal practice questions correct, meaning an overall accuracy of around 90%.
