Hello everyone. I have my exam after 17 days and I've been preparing for almost 2 months now.
I have just recently started to measure my accuracy in each topic of Quant and each section of the verbal. I solve a bunch of questions from the GMATClub's question bank filtered by tags. Example, if I am doing Combinations today then I would select 600-700 difficulty, combinations, and in the source section, I only choose Official Guide, GMAT Prep, and GMAT Paper Test (idk what this is but it sounds kinda official). After solving I go to my error log and count the number then feed it to an excel sheet to check the accuracy. Example, if I solved 10 questions of combinations and got 7 right, I fill in =7/10.
I am at 71%, 71% and 76% accuracy in SC, CR, and RC respectively and at 51-71% accuracy in quant topics ( lowest being Number Properties). All at 600-700 level.
My question- How much accuracy should I target in my practice to get around a 700 score. I have read few discussions and people say it can't really be predicted so I just need your wise opinion/guess.

Hm... you just started tracking accuracy. Did you not track it before? 😮 Did you track your performance in some other way? For example how would you know that you are doing well on a chapter or not doing well? How would you know that you need to spend more time on something?

I did not "track" track the percentage but I had a mental note on the chapters that need more work. While solving questions I observed if I am struggling to get to the answer or not and if not what was the reason- calculation error, silly mistakes, or unclear concept. I also reviewed the practice tests to see which topics are weak. I went from 410 to 570 on the 2 official mocks then I got 610 on veritas mock which I took around 2 weeks ago. I will be taking 3rd official mock after 2-3 days.
