Sounds good! This is actually a better outcome than spending your life on the phone rebooking and changing appointment. I always prefer a refund ... unless the prices have gone up 😇

Hello, I had scheduled my GMAT exam in the upcoming week but yesterday received an email saying "Action required: Your exam appointment must be rescheduled." Today, I received another email for exam confirmation. Since yesterday, I have been trying to reach the helpline number but no luck and sent an email as well for which there's no reply yet.

I was with the understanding that my current test appointment could be rescheduled without any extra charge. If anyone has been in a similar situation, could you please help?


Same happened to me as well today!!!

is there a way to reschedule or they just refund the money back?

Honestly, it’s better to get a refund then to reschedule… in my opinion. But if you want to call the support and wait on the phone phone, you can definitely do it.

This cannot be done online.

Hey! In my case, I couldn't find an option to reschedule. I received a refund five days later.

Hey , I am facing the same issue they mailed me that i should reschedule my exam . What should be my goto action?
when i am rescheduling it is again asking for the fees ...But its not my fault.
Should i reschedule now and wait for refund later on. Do they refund the amount themselves or do we have to call them or mail them?

Hi rohit_karn,

1. Try reaching out to Pearson customer support first, and ask them whether they've initiated a refund (they may offer a free retake, your choice).

2. If you can't get through to them and you have deadlines coming up, book another appointment (that is, accept the risk that you won't receive a refund).

The refund most likely will go through without any action on your side, but it's better to call them up.

If you send an email, for example, you should get a ticket number about your case. Might be worth checking out the contact info for your location on the MBA website.

Hi
I have given my GMAT exam on 8jan 2024 at 7pm due to some server issues the lockdown browser was not downloaded it taken much time than usual and the proctor told me to reschedule your appointment and left and I have mailed the same to mbacom will I get refund or reschedule.my GMAT status is showing technical error
