Hey , I am facing the same issue they mailed me that i should reschedule my exam . What should be my goto action?
when i am rescheduling it is again asking for the fees ...But its not my fault.
Should i reschedule now and wait for refund later on. Do they refund the amount themselves or do we have to call them or mail them?

1. Try reaching out to Pearson customer support first, and ask them whether they've initiated a refund (they may offer a free retake, your choice).
2. If you can't get through to them
and you have deadlines coming up, book another appointment (that is, accept the risk that you won't receive a refund).
The refund most likely will go through without any action on your side, but it's better to call them up.
