SD depends on the individual elements of the set. It is entirely possible that two sets have their mean = median and still differ in SD.
e.g.
\(8,8,8,8,8,8,\) - SD is zero
\(6,7,8,8,9,10\)- SD is not zero
INSUFF.
(2) He got same number of questions wrong in each of the tests.
Since all the members of the set are same. Hence SD = 0
SUFF.
