Hi,
I had a question for an additional essay for Kellogg part-time program. I have scored a 640 in my GMAT and am applying for part-time MBA program at Kellogg.
Would it be a good idea for me to write an additional essay explaining why and how this will not affect my performance at Kellogg by highlighting my previous achievements?

Not really. I find that essays on GMAT scores never really sound good. I mean sure, you've done other great stuff, but it doesn't make your GMAT score higher. I'm afraid that it can come off as "desperate" sounding, and I feel it's better to live with your score, and save your option essay for other things.

Best,
JF

Thank you very much JF. Your advice is very helpful.

You're welcome. Good luck to you!
