Hello,
I want to join a US or Europe Business school for MBA in 2024 Sep Intake.
I would have 4 years of Director level work experience by March 2023.

Application deadlines are Sep 2023 for most of the B schools for 2024 Sep Intake Batch.

The problem is i am still doing my graduation (BBA). My Graduation will complete in Feb 2024.So at the time of application and Interview i won't be having my Graduation Transcript.

Can i apply for a US/Europe B school in 2023 in the last SEM of BBA?

If I am to understand your situation correctly, you have been working full-time for the last four years and are simultaneously completing your BBA?

This is a tricky situation and I believe it's a school-by-school policy. My guess is that you will ineligible to apply since the schools require a completed degree and won't have your full undergraduate GPA to consider as part of your admissions process. It would be different if you were applying for the deferred MBA programs which is mostly for college seniors.

Where are you looking to apply in the EU and US?

You better check with some of these schools to give you a sample size. Many of them are going to want you to have completed your degree a long time ago and/or before you apply.

Since you are not applying until September 2023, you actually should reach out to all of the schools. Put together a standard email and send it off to the AdCom for each school. This way you'll know which schools will accept your situation and which will not.
