TLDR: Do NOT go with this company for MBA or any career advice. 0/5 stars.
I will be brief with my review and expand upon as needed, I also was unsure of where to post this review but needed to put this review out there to prevent others from making the same mistake that I made when it comes to choosing a company.
In the last application cycle I decided to go with Career Protocol for some MBA consulting help. Went with a standard 3 school package that must students will choose when deciding a consulting firm. The price for 3 schools is $11,000. I was initially speaking with a Indian male that went over some aspects of the process, etc. After deciding to sign up I was paired with my consultant, Charlie. A few red flags started to pop up shortly after starting the MBA consulting process. First, my consultant was hard to get a hold of via email and phone (they have a 48 hour turnaround time for essays etc. but state they can respond to simple questions same day). Second, I was forbidden to speak with anyone else at the company once the enrollment process began.
Diving into the above matters deeper, almost every single time I had a simple question (which was not often), I could expect a few days before I heard back. When submitting a essay for a review/revision over email I waited ~4 days on average (yes, 4 business days). Not the promised 48 hour turnaround time. It took weeks to setup time for a phone call or Zoom meeting. Finalized version of essays that were ready to submit had repeated words, spelling, and grammar mistakes! I even had to pay another 3rd party to help review and correct errors because the consulting company, whose job it is to help prepare essays, couldn't do their job.
Overall, I highly recommend you stay away from this company and select one of the company's that show on the consulting page on this site like I should have.
