I know there are several threads on this topic on this forum, but I've a few specific questions. I don't know anyone who has been through the MBA process well enough to proof read my essays and look at my application. So I'm wondering if I should seek out to an admission consultant. Do people normally use the comprehensive package or just use essay editing services? Looking at the website of various consultants, the other service that seems useful is the profile building/strategy session. Any feedback on the utility of these services? Thanks!

I think its judge what you need. Hard to do if you have never applied which is a majority of applicants. Read through the essays and see if you understand what you want to write about and you really just need proof reading services.
The comprehensive packages are better for those struggling to put together a complete story or those that may need a significant amount of time editing essays.
