Could you please give a piece of advice on the admission process issue?
Case:
I`m doing my bachelor penultimate year at my country and I will graduate July 2018. However, many masters programs of the USA universities demand the resume, GPA and the transcripts 1 year in advance.
Problem:
It means if I plan to study from the September 2018 I will have to send them my resume and GPA no later than the fall(November) 2017, but how can I do this if I get my diploma with GPA only in June-July 2018? I also cannot spend this year for enriching my resume with extracurricular activities.
Question:
Does this mean that the only way is to apply 1 year after I graduate with bachelor or there are any other ways?

This is a totally normal situation. You simply send in the transcript of the semesters you have up until the point of application.
