Greetings! I'm a GMAT aspirant. I also aspire to join Columbia Business School. I aspire to start the full time MBA course in August 2022. I heard that there will be three rounds to apply. They are: October 2021, January 2022, and April 2022. If we want to apply for scholarship too, should we apply only in October or in any of the rounds we prefer ?

I am not sure your information is correct. There are two "rounds" at CBS. There is an Early Decision round with a deadline in around in late October and a Regular Decision deadline which is in the spring. However, it's important to note that the school partakes in rollings admission, so that means the admissions committee reviews your application on a first come basis and then provides you with a decision a fixed number of weeks after your submission.
If you are interested in scholarships, it is strongly advised that you apply on the early side.
