Hi fellas,
I am an international student (not US citizen). I have been working as civil engineer for 6 years in construction sector outside US and have a MSc. degree of Construction management and Engineering.
Actually while I was applying to 1 year program I thought about staying in the construction industry. But now, I am not sure about that. I might want to shift to another industry and stay in US. Although I have a merit scholarship (25%) from Cornell, I will have serious amount of loan and it should be repaid with a good salary!
I am not sure about my post-MBA career and I am not sure if I can manage to stay and work in the US. What do you think ? Is there anyone who passed from the same path ? 1 year MBA is a bad decision ? Will there be job opportunities ? which sector could I shift ?
