Advanced / Tough Prep Material for GMAT

Question

Dear All,

I am preparing for GMAT from last two months & getting a score averaging around 700 on GMATprep 
I am facing lots of problem in solving 800 level difficult questions given the time restrictions.
Also I have gone through Kaplan 800 book & getting 3 out of 4 correct.

Please advice how to increase my score given the highest difficulty level.
Also suggest Advanced/Tough 800 Level Difficult prep material for GMAT which I can practice

How many GMATPrep tests have you taken, and were these completed under realistic test conditions? Could you list all of the scores?

I'm not sure whether you actually run into that many 800-level problems. And despite its title, Kaplan 800 contains nothing near that level of difficulty. That book's questions generally range in the 650 to 700 level.

I think that it's better to work one's way up. Start with the basics and increase the difficulty of questions once you're comfortable with a given level. Collections of challenging questions include GMATClub tests,  Jeff Sackmann 's Extreme Challenge, and Manhattan's  Challenge Archive . Also for math, look into Bunuel's links to difficult math questions on this website's  math forum .

For verbal, challenging questions for RC and CR can be found in LSAT materials. For SC, there's the  Brutal SC document . The verbal forum also has organized questions according to difficulty. See  here ,  here , and  here .

My GMAT Prep scores 
- 670 (40Q, 41V)
- 680 (Q47/V36)
- 690 (Q45/V38)
- 740 (46Q, 45V)
- 640 (41Q, 38V)
- 730 (48Q, 42V)

I started my preparation with Manhattan GMAT 4the edition guides & then 2012 Kaplan GMAT Premier & 2012 Princeton Review Cracking the GMAT along with Official Guide 12.
Now going through Kaplan 800 & OG 13.

I am facing problem with time management as the difficulty level increases. Kindly advice.

While the scores themselves are nice, you probably used the GMATPrep too many times. After the two tests, repeat questions start to appear and will inflate your score. And were these all taken under realistic test conditions?

I don't think that there is a need to combine all these prep books. Manhattan should be fine. And for someone with your target score, Princeton offers little value. Since you already went through OG 12, just attempt the new questions in OG 13. Also look into OG Quant and OG Verbal.

6 GMAT Prep test are of 3 different versions of GMAT Prep software (2 for each)
All tests were taken under realistic test conditions- Locked in room for 240 min.

if you have any specific suggestions/tips/advice for preparation, kindly share
