I scanned through this entire forum and also the internet, and am surprised at this lack of information on the prospects of a Clinical Research Coordinator going for a full-time 2 year MBA at a reputed B-school. Is this job description that bad?

In fact I think the right word would be 'unique' and not 'bad'. Since you couldn't find anyone with your profile, you would add the much needed diversity to a B-school batch. Coupled with your excellent GMAT score, I would be very positive if I were you.

Good luck!

Hi thinkingstill,

You mentioned how you have dealt with some people who were 'discouraging' - unless those people are experts at Business School Admissions or are Admissions Officers at Schools that you're interested in applying to, then you should IGNORE them. This entire process is big and layered and it takes a lot of time and effort - if the people around you are not supporting your efforts, then you might want to stay away from them for awhile.

GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
