Thanks for reaching out. With your high GMAT (INSEAD's average is about 710), experience right in INSEAD's range (3-8 years), and work in the public sector which is less typical for engineers from your demographic, I think you've got pretty good chances. Of course, there are other factors (GPA, extracurrics, career goals, LOR strength, essay strength, etc.) so it's hard to give you a full view on your chances or areas to work on.
