I got 665 as the unofficial score during my first attempt and was extremely disappointed when i saw a Q80 that I forgot to even make note of V and DI sections. I am targeting 685+ and will attempt it once more. The next available date is more than a month later and I have finished the Official Guide material and the 6 mocks including a retake of mock 1. My scores were
Mock 1: 655 (2 questions in verbal and 1 in DI incomplete)
Mock 2: 755
Mock 3: 675
Mock 4: 695
Mock 5: 715
Mock 6: 695 (1 verbal incomplete)
Mock 1 retake: 725
Usually my quant is consistently 86+ with varying verbal and DI scores.
I am not sure whether to travel to another city (4 hours away) for an attempt in 18 days or wait for 35 days and attempt it in my own city.
Secondly I am not sure on what to do next since all official mocks and official guide questions are exhausted.
Need some suggestions on how I can improve and reach 685+, preferably 705

Your disappointment is understandable. Walking out with a 665 when you'd been scoring highe is a frustrating way to end an attempt. That said, the picture is more encouraging than that one score suggests.
Start with test day versus practice. Your Quant came in at 80 when you usually run 86 or higher. That's a real drop in your most reliable section, and it's the kind of thing that happens when nerves or unfamiliar conditions pull you off your game. Test day rattled you, and that's separate from your actual ability.
Look at where you landed when you finished every section. Setting aside the Mock 1 retake (repeats inflate scores because you've seen the questions, so treat that 725 as soft data), your fresh, fully completed mocks ranged from 675 to 755. So 705 is well within reach. The two mocks where you left questions blank tell the rest of the story: Mock 1 with three unfinished came in at 655, Mock 6 with one Verbal left at 695. A blank is a guaranteed miss. On DI especially, never leave one. Put an answer on all 20, because a guess can land and a blank never does.
The thing that raises your floor is consistency. That 80-point swing from 675 to 755 is your Verbal and DI moving around while Quant stays steady. A swing that size usually isn't luck. It means the content underneath isn't yet mastered deeply enough to hold up under pressure. Closing it means making Verbal and DI as automatic as your Quant already is.
On your second question, the premise is off. You're not out of material. Six official mocks and a full Official Guide are a goldmine most people never fully mine. Go back through every miss and sort it by cause: a concept you didn't know, a misread, a careless slip, or a trap. The pattern is your study plan. Then redo those questions from scratch a week or two later, no notes, to confirm the fix took. If the same Verbal or DI topics keep surfacing as genuine concept gaps, that's the signal to bring in a structured, comprehensive course that teaches topic by topic, rather than learning in scattered pieces from a question bank.
On scheduling, I'd lean toward waiting the 35 days and testing in your own city, though it's your call. 18 days isn't enough to move Verbal and DI consistency, and driving 4 hours then sleeping somewhere unfamiliar adds exactly the fatigue that pulled your Quant to 80 last time. Use the window to run your error analysis, rebuild the weak topics to high untimed accuracy, keep Quant warm, then take a fresh mock or two under strict conditions to confirm you finish every section.
