Advice on selecting an MBA program

Question

Hi,

I am a resident of India and plan on working in India. I have a little over 12 years of work experience and have made the switch to Product Management from Software engineering last year.
Looking at the career trajectory, I am exploring the possibility of doing an MBA. I have the following constraints:
1. Will not be able to do a full time program so need an online program.
2. I need a recognisable degree that will add value to my resume apart from filling the knowledge gap that I have.
3. I cannot afford an expensive B-school. Would need a reasonable program or the chance of applying for a scholarship.

I have found the following options so far and am looking for advice on the same:
1. University of of Illinois imba
2. IIM Bangalore EPGM
3. IIM Calcutta EPGM

Am I right in assuming that IIM A (AGM) and IIM B (EPGM) programs would be better than IIM C EPGM?

you can also look for PGP pro max courses at ISB.
they also offer hybrid MBA program

I did look through that course as well but the cost is too high (around 30 lakhs)
