From a year i was planning to take GMAT, yesterday went ahead and booked a date of 10 April 12, with a target of acheiving 779 (a odd number to target). A year back when i took GMAC full paper tests (excluding AWA), in one i got 390 & in another 410 (pretty bugging). Then decided will take the exam in 3 months & started with OG 11..
A lot of procrastination & advice from friend brought me to current situation i.e. a score of (540 - 550 on Date 20 Feb).
Studied Kaplan Premier (suggested by my frnd), improved on Maths & a little on DS. Exhausted 3 exams of Kaplan (available with the book) and one GMAC. In my recent full test, Math score stood at 38 & verbal at 24... Positive way of looking at it is there is a lot of scope of improvement :D
During my analysis i found that,
a) i need to definitely improve my stamina.. planning to take 1 hr test of maths & verbal on alternate days. Not real test, mostly taking bunch of OG 12 edition ques & solving them in a timed manner. This included with analysis of solution will use up ard 2 hours per day.
b) SC accuracy is 25-30%. As doing OG question is not helping, i am planning to go through Manhattan SC couple of times. Can't go through grammar books am not a guy who can mug all the grammar rules.
c) In Maths, i am able to do most of the easier ques, but get stuck in difficult ones or the ones which are bit unusual. Last week i was planning to go thru all the PS & DS ques from OG, couple of times, will that be sufficient or do i need to do things differently?
d) Any suggestion on CR & RC is welcome, seems like i require more practice... & also need to solve difficult questions.
AWA - i have recently gone through Chinese burned's section, suppose that should be sufficient as difficult part is coming up with the points

One thing i realized in all the 4 tests that i don't have a problem with time... Speed is not my concerns as of now..
7 weeks 779 seems like a difficult task but should be achievable. (Mostly have to go through quality instead of quanity)
Apart from this please let me know where can i get more Full length & section tests.
Thanks
