Hi Roger,

Since you've put in a bit of study time already, it would be a good idea for you to take a FULL-LENGTH CAT (including the Essay and IR sections), so that we can get a sense of your current strengths and weaknesses. You can download 2 for free from www.mba.com (and they come with some additional practice materials). A FULL CAT takes about 4 hours to complete, so make sure that you've set aside enough time to take it in one sitting. Once you have those scores, you should report back here and we can talk through the results and your study plans.

Roger,

The only downside of an "in-person" class is that the content is targeted at an average student. If you happen to be at either extreme, then they tend to be of less value. My advice would be to talk to some students who scored high and took an in-person class, don't just rely on online reviews.
