Hi,
I have a 3 yrs exp in HR and hold an MBA degree from a top ranking institute in India. GMAT score - 710. I am looking to apply for master programs in Organization Studies as well as Industrial-Org psychology.
Till now I have been able to populate my list with MIT-MSMS program; NYU - I/O psychology and Columbia's Org Psych program. For I-O psychlogy programs my objective is to find programs with much business emphasis so as to make use of my work exp. Also, if there are more Org Behaviour/Studies masters programs by b-schools.
Will be great if anyone can advise me on the same.

This is a very specific and difficult question to approach. The schools that you mentioned have name recognition, which certainly counts for something. The location of these schools offers some opportunities as well.
From what I know (quite limited, by the way), Michigan State University has a good reputation in I-O psychology.
