Hi,
I have given 2 GMAT attempts at the centre and one GMAT online. My scores are following -
GMAT-1 (centre) Jul 2020 : 700 Q50 V33
GMAT-2 (centre) early Aug 2020 : 710 Q50 V36
GMAT-3 (online) late Aug 2020 : 690 Q51 V30
I have been practicing for over 4 months now and have exhausted all good courses and content (e-GMAT course, Manhattan books, Powerscore CR, GMAT Club tests and Veritas + Manhattan + Official GMAT mocks)
In all my mock tests taken at home, I have scored consistently in Q50/51 (which is in-line with my actual GMAT). However, my verbal score in all my mocks has been V37-39 (across Manhattan, Official GMAT, GMAT Club, e-GMAT and Veritas). I have taken over 20 mocks in an exam-like environment with defined 8-min breaks.
Interestingly my performance after observing the ESRs has been very sporadic
GMAT-1 (centre): 700 Q50 V33 - scored 100% in CR (V-CR was 51) 50% in RC (C-RC was 28) and 50% in SC(V-SC 30)
GMAT-2 (centre) early Aug 2020: 710 Q50 V36 - scored 50% in CR (V-CR was 34), 100% in RC (V-RC was 51) and 70% in SC (V-SC 32)
GMAT-3 (online) late Aug 2020: 690 Q51 V30 (ESR not available): Here I felt I messed up the start as suddenly within 30 seconds after Quant, Verbal had started.
My weak areas according to me -
RC: I take too long to read if the passage in unfamiliar and has long sentence structures
SC: I know all the grammar rules but I get confused in the final exam between two options
CR: Most likely this is a strength but again in my GMAT-2 and GMAT-3 I believe I messed it up
I feel anxious as soon as verbal section starts and typically end up making errors in the first few ques (although before every exam I have done warm-up at home and gone for the exam)
I have another GMAT center attempt in the next 5 days, which is the deadline for many round-1 applications. I need help in devising a V36-38 strategy and hitting a 720/730 in my next attempt. I feel I lose on the day of the exam in terms of anxiety but please advise in case I need to change anything or prepare certain concepts to hit that V38 goalpost in my next attempt.

i think what you need to do is stop doing new stuff and focus on the mistakes you have done in the past practice mocks, tests, og questions etc. just revise the questions which u got wrong. I think you'll be good to go.
