There's the verb missing in A. Also I guess the correct form is "All other options" not just "All options". So I say D.

Agree with D.

All options include the option of turning to almighty, so we need to say 'all other options'.

After all options have been exhausted, the only alternative one has to turn to the Almigty

a) After all options have been exhausted, the only alternative one has to turn to the Almigty
b) After all options are exhausted, the only alternative one has is turning to Almigty
c) After all options other have been exhausted, the only alternative you have is turning to the Almigty
d) After all other options have been exhausted, the only alternative one has is to turn to the Almigty
e) Once has exhausted all options, the only alternative one has is to turn to the Almigty

D for me
A B and E - If all options are gone, the only alternative is gone too - not make sense

C - you have - distort the meaning

D is correct.

Look for the difference:
ABC - "After all options" - no option is left.
D - "After all other options" - 1 or more option(s) is (are) still there.

In ABC, if all options are exhusted, nothing is left not even "to turn to almighty".
In D, If all other options are exhusted, then there is, at least, still one option is remianing i.e. "to turn to Almighty".

E is the poorest one.

I would pick 'B'

It's a general statement so keep it simple.

Nice explanation of a subtle difference ("other")

So many times one misses such minute differences

I go with D as well

Its between "B" & "D".

In "D", what is the logic of using "have been"?? I couldn't undestand it.

So "B" for me.

What is OA???

The second part of the sentence is with out a verb. So choice A can be discarded.
“the” has be there before “Almighty”. Hence choice B can be discarded.
“Once has” is wrong because a subject is required. Hence E is out
“After all other options” is better than “After all options other” So Choice C is out

Hence the answer choice should be D
