Answer, A.

The intevening phrase "which would..." is a relative clause modifying "companies that specialize in...".

to research needs to parallel to make, which it does in A.

Sounds good. || and correct use of passive construction

Not || lel
C) by bugging his phone, and she would make
not ||lel
D) from bugging his phone and from making

evidence to bug is not correct
