Late but E.
Women over 35 might have undergone fertility treatment which increases the likelihood of having twins.

Could someone explain why A is not the correct answer... Because argument says women are waiting longer to become mothers while A weakens by saying that women over 35 who give twin birth are not first time mothers.

B is very close
True....B is very close but can be eliminated with the following reasoning.

Argument mentions two points that are possible: one - aggressive fertility methods; two- women age is equal to or more than 35.

B touches the age point, but in a very vague way.

E touches the fertility point in a very specific and direct way.

Both B & E are possible but the possibility of E's possibility is high :)

A implies that those women over 35 had already given birth to single child.
Once they give birth to one child and wait for the second pregnancy they are merely "waiting to give birth" but not "waiting to become mothers" which the author argues about.
