Here's my attempt to explain why A is better...

subjunctive mood requires the usage of that + the verb in the infinitive form.

E - 'should go', does not follow this rule. It uses the adverb should before the infinitve verb. I have not seen a subjunctive used like this. I am not saying this is incorrect. Just that I have not seen such usage before.

A follows the rule that +infinitive, i.e. that..+ go
