Hello! I have a score of 660 (GMAT classic edition), above average academics (92/95/8.9), degree in pharmaceuticals, 2 years work ex+ female. I know that my score is below the median bitsom score (which is around 690). Should work towards drafting a compelling application or work towards a better gmat score?

The score isn’t that bad - assuming you are targeting the R3 deadline (and not Round 4). Given that you have a unique educational background (B. Pharm), try to flesh that out alongside unique extracurriculars and work engagements over college and the last 2 years, in the 3 essays.
