7 cannot be in the units place as that would not be an even number.
The units place can have any of 0, 2, 4, 6 or 8 = 5 numbers
Numbers starting with 57 can end with 0, 2, 4, 6 or 8. In this 5 numbers are possible.
For the remaining numbers the hundreds place can have any 8 numbers (excluding 0 and 5)
Any 9 numbers (excluding 5) can be in the 10's place and the last place will have 5 possibilities
Total such numbers = 8 * 9 * 5 = 360
The total numbers = 5 + 360 = 365
