Since the 'frequency' rules are fairly well-established (they go back YEARS), it's not likely that GMAC will make an exception, but there's certainly no harm in asking.
There is a broader point to consider though, based on your scores. GMAC has publicly stated that a Test Taker's Official Score is within +/- 30 points of actual ability. Scores of 550, 570 and 600 all 'revolve' around 570-580, so in real basic terms these 3 performances are essentially the SAME performance (+- a few correct answers on certain questions). As such, your conclusion that you're on an 'upswing' isn't necessarily accurate - and it's quite likely that you'd score in the 550-600 range if you took the GMAT again.
