why not B??? because the second bold face in no way UNDERMINES the previously stated conclusion... it actually supports the fact that you should not sell the stock :!:

The first is the conclusion of the author and he uses the steel company as an analogy to support his earlier stated position.

clear winner is D...first states the conclusion and second provides example by analogy for computor and steel companies.
