For me the best option would be a hybrid between A and C
In the need probably would be better to have
to help it to design neither for designing nor simply design
However, E is the best among the other answer choices
The underlined portion must begin with it, therefore, we do have A, C, and E
C is off because we need help understanding the fact that Google teamed up with parker
Between A and E for designing is a little be strange to say
E is better

The meaning of E is ambiguous. it has approached warby parker to help it design more fashionable frames.
Meaning 1) Google has approached warby parker to help Google design more fashionable frames. OK
Meaning 2) Google has approached W.P to help W.P design more fashionable frames? This is clearly not reasonable. Don't see how E can be correct.
C doesn't explicitly state that google teamed up with W.P, but at least it doesn't have this glaring ambiguity. Anyone want to chip in on this?
