B in 10 seconds

SHE in ununderlined -> BARBARA must be right after the modifier!

B

hearings............, which were........
and correct placement of modifier. although................is modifying Barbara....

ditto. (B)

I chose B too because it was a clearly a modifier SC problem. But as I was reading the choices, I just had a question with "which" that comes after the comma. I know I am taking it too literally according to MGMAT SC that which refers to the noun/pronoun immediately preceding it, as at first it seemed like which refers to president Nixon :( but then reading everything, I was like fine B looks like the best choice here and I will assume that GMAT means hearings.
