Hi,
I had my undergraduate degree outside of the US and then got master in Hong Kong.
Currently I hold the green card and have worked in the US for 10+ years.
Now I apply for the part-time EMBA program and just realize am I still counting as international applicants and need TOEFL?

Hello, WWWXXX. This sounds like a question for the program(s) to which you intend to apply. Part-time programs might not have as strict a policy on the matter as many of their full-time counterparts, but if there are any doubts, it is better to play it safe and ask.

For the TOEFL part, no! I'm a foreign born, with a foreign undergraduate degree but I hold GC just like you, and I got into an EMBA program without being asked for an ESL test-I did not even bother asking them. As a matter of fact, I attended numerous MBA fairs, they all seem to agree on one thing: As long as your medium of education was English and you have a decent amount of US experience, you don't have worry about these language proficiency tests. But to play safe, you can doublecheck with your target school as AndrewN suggested. In terms of stats however, I'm not sure how you will be looked as and how it may affect your admissions.
