I assumed I was going to be able to get the GMAT test set up for the 28th but I'm not finding anything before Sept. 4. The problem is that I have to register for school by Sept 30. Is this cutting it too close?

Can you say more about what you mean? It doesn't sound like it is cutting it too close; it looks as if you will have one opportunity to take the test before Sep. 30 only, as you can only take GMAT once per month.

I didn't know about the test scores being given to the person instantaneously, which is why I was worried I wouldn't make the deadline. I got the dates mixed up as well...I have to get my app in by Oct 31. Should be plenty of time I think.
