Hi.
I am a 29 yrs old and a graduate in apparel production and have 7 yrs + experience in the retail and garment industry. I want to pursue MBA in finance. Wanted to know if my profile is ok for finance stream and if i am not too late in applying.

Your stream is unrelated to finance but many people change their streams after graduation. There will be no eligibility issue (though you might want to take some introductory finance courses or take CFA level I exam), but you will need to convince the adcom why MBA makes sense at this stage in your career and also why MBA in finance.

Business Schools are sometimes willing to "take chances" on applicants who come from none-traditional backgrounds, as long as those applicants can show that they have the necessary qualifications to apply and appear to be able to handle the academic "side" of the Program. You're asking a rather broad series of questions though, so it would help if you provided a bit more details about your timeline and goals.
1) What is your goal score on the GMAT?
2) When are you planning to take the GMAT?
3) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
4) What Schools are you planning to apply to?
