Hello
I do not think that it is a good idea to let any of your R2 schools know about your admits from other schools. Business school adcoms are extremely interested in understanding why you have chosen to apply to their school, how you would make a perfect fit and how the school fits your needs and future goals. If you tell them that you have already received other offers and that you may accepted some of these offer, why would they want to admit you in the first place? You have to present a compelling case of how badly you want to get into a particular school and admits from other schools and even a hint of your interest in attending them will weaken your case. It will make the adcoms ting that you are not very serious about attending their school.
I would advice you against doing such a thing.
